Peach caprese salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 2 pinch | salt |
| ¾ tsp | chilli flakes (e.g. Fine Food Chile Chipotle) |
| 2 | nectarines, thinly sliced |
| 1 | peach, thinly sliced |
| 300 g | mozzarella, cut into slices |
| 1 stick | celery, sliced |
| ¼ bunch | basil, torn into pieces |
How it's done
Honey dressing
Combine the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli flakes.
Caprese salad
Arrange the nectarines, peach and mozzarella on a platter. Top with the celery and basil, drizzle with the dressing.
