Chicory and apple salad

Ingredients

for 2 person

Dressing
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp plain greek yoghurt
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
200 g white chicory, leaves removed
apple, thinly sliced
40 g tangy Gruyère, chips peeled off with a peeler

How it's done

Dressing

Combine the vinegar, oil and yoghurt, season.

Salad

Arrange the chicory, apple and cheese on two plates, drizzle with the dressing.
