Ingredients

for 4 glasses

mango, cut into pieces
kiwis, cut into pieces
50 g lambs' lettuce
lemon, the whole juice
10 g ginger, cut into pieces
¼ tsp cinnamon
3 dl water
25 g mixed nuts, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Puree the mango until smooth along with all the other ingredients up to and including the water, pour into glasses, sprinkle with nuts.
