Green smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 1 | mango, cut into pieces |
| 2 | kiwis, cut into pieces |
| 50 g | lambs' lettuce |
| 1 | lemon, the whole juice |
| 10 g | ginger, cut into pieces |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
| 3 dl | water |
| 25 g | mixed nuts, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Puree the mango until smooth along with all the other ingredients up to and including the water, pour into glasses, sprinkle with nuts.
