Oat muesli with honey
Ingredients
for 2 person
1 ½ dl | oat drink |
½ tbsp | lemon juice |
½ tbsp | liquid honey |
75 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
1 | apple, coarsely grated |
150 g | plain greek yoghurt |
1 tbsp | liquid honey |
How it's done
Muesli
Whisk the oat milk, lemon juice and honey in a bowl. Stir in the rolled oats and apple, cover and chill for approx. 8 hrs. or overnight.
To serve
Mix half of the yoghurt into the muesli. Serve with the remainder of the yoghurt and honey.
