Granola cups with fruit
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
250 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
2 tbsp | sunflower seeds, finely chopped |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
2 pinch | salt |
80 g | liquid honey |
70 g | coconut oil, melted |
180 g | plain yoghurt |
½ | apple, thinly sliced |
½ | pear, thinly sliced |
1 | kiwi, cut into slices |
1 tbsp | liquid honey |
1 tbsp | hazelnut, finely chopped |
How it's done
Granola
In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the coconut oil. Spread the mixture in the prepared tin, press down the base and edges with the back of a spoon.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove and leave to cool in the tin.
Filling
Remove the granola cups from the muffin tin, fill the cups with yoghurt, top with fruit, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with nuts.
