Apple and salmon carpaccio

Ingredients

for 2 person

Carpaccio
apple (e.g. Kissabel), cut into approx. 2 mm slices
100 g smoked salmon, torn into pieces
Dressing
1 ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp grated horseradish in a jar
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
2 tbsp tarragon, finely chopped

How it's done

Carpaccio

Plate up the apple and salmon.

Dressing

Whisk the vinegar, oil and horsradish, season. Stir in the tarragon. Drizzle the dressing over the carpaccio, top with the horseradish.
