Apple and salmon carpaccio
Ingredients
for 2 person
1 | apple (e.g. Kissabel), cut into approx. 2 mm slices |
100 g | smoked salmon, torn into pieces |
1 ½ tbsp | white wine vinegar |
2 tbsp | oil |
2 tsp | grated horseradish in a jar |
½ tsp | sugar |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
2 tbsp | tarragon, finely chopped |
How it's done
Carpaccio
Plate up the apple and salmon.
Dressing
Whisk the vinegar, oil and horsradish, season. Stir in the tarragon. Drizzle the dressing over the carpaccio, top with the horseradish.
