Sliced apple appetizers
Ingredients
for 16 pieces
60 g | lambs' lettuce |
¼ bunch | basil |
2 tbsp | sunflower seeds, roasted |
3 tbsp | water |
¼ tsp | salt |
1 dl | olive oil |
2 | sour apples, cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
150 g | cream cheese with pepper (e.g. Boursin) |
2 tbsp | water |
30 g | cured ham in slices, torn into pieces |
1 tbsp | sunflower seeds, roasted |
How it's done
Lamb's lettuce pesto
Puree the lamb's lettuce with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, stir in the oil.
Apple slices
Brush the apple slices with lemon juice, arrange on a platter. Combine the cream cheese and water, spread on top of the apple slices with a little pesto. Top with the cured ham and seeds.
