Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Mojitos
Half-blood oranges rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into pieces
dried figs, quartered
2 tbsp cane sugar
6 tbsp white rum
6 dl sparkling mineral water
To decorate
dried figs, quartered
half-blood orange rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into pieces
wooden skewers
  ice cube, crushed
4 sprig peppermint

How it's done

Mojitos

Divide the oranges, figs and sugar between the glasses, crush gently with a fork. Add the rum, pour in the water.

To decorate

Thread the figs and pieces of orange onto the skewers. Divide the crushed ice and mint between the glasses, garnish with the skewered fruit.
