Ingredients

for 15 pieces

150 g dried apricots, coarsely chopped
150 g cashew nuts
100 g rolled oats (gluten-free)
20 g sesame seeds
1 ¼ dl almond drink
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp coconut flake

How it's done

Puree the dates in a food processor along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt.
