Energy balls with apricots and cashew nuts
Ingredients
for 15 pieces
150 g | dried apricots, coarsely chopped |
150 g | cashew nuts |
100 g | rolled oats (gluten-free) |
20 g | sesame seeds |
1 ¼ dl | almond drink |
2 tbsp | maple syrup |
2 tbsp | coconut oil |
1 pinch | salt |
1 tbsp | coconut flake |
How it's done
Puree the dates in a food processor along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt.
