Ingredients

Toppings
600 g raclette cheese in slices
dried tomatoes in oil, drained, cut into strips
2 tbsp capers, drained
2 tbsp oregano, roughly chopped
a little  pepper

How it's done

Toppings

Place the raclette cheese in the raclette pans. Top with the tomatoes, capers and oregano, season.

Raclette

Melt the cheese under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
