Mediterranean raclette
Ingredients
for 4 person
600 g | raclette cheese in slices |
8 | dried tomatoes in oil, drained, cut into strips |
2 tbsp | capers, drained |
2 tbsp | oregano, roughly chopped |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Toppings
Place the raclette cheese in the raclette pans. Top with the tomatoes, capers and oregano, season.
Raclette
Melt the cheese under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
