Apple tea
Ingredients
for 4 person
6 dl | water |
2 dl | apple juice |
2 bag | rooibos tea |
1 | red-skinned apple, cut into slices |
4 | cardamom pods, crushed |
1 ½ tbsp | apple jelly |
How it's done
Bring the water and apple juice to the boil in a pan. Add the tea bag, apple slices and cardamom. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to steep for approx. 10 mins. Remove the tea bag, add the jelly, pour the tea and apple slices into the glasses or cups.
