Chamomile and ginger latte

Ingredients

for 4 person

Chamomile sugar
1 bag camomile tea, contents only
½ tbsp sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
Tea
4 dl water
4 bag camomile tea
30 g ginger, finely grated
cinnamon stick
cloves
1 tsp vanilla paste
To serve
4 dl milk

How it's done

Chamomile sugar

Mix the chamomile tea, sugar and cinnamon, set aside.

Tea

Bring the water to the boil, add the chamomile tea, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla paste, cover and leave to steep on the switched-off hob for approx. 10 mins. Strain the tea.

To serve

Froth the milk, pour into glasses or cups. Pour the tea over the milk, sprinkle with the reserved chamomile sugar.
