Rose hip tea with Cointreau
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 8 dl | water |
| ½ dl | orange liqueur (e.g. Cointreau) |
| 2 bag | rose hip tea |
| 2 tbsp | elderberry jelly |
| 4 | star anise |
| 1 | clementine, thinly sliced |
How it's done
Tea
Pour the water into a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the star anise, bring to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, cover the tea and leave to steep for approx. 15 mins., strain.
To serve
Add the clementine slices and 1 star anise to each glass or cup, pour in the tea.
