Raclette with apricots wrapped in bacon
Ingredients

16 | soft dried apricots |
16 sprig | thyme |
16 slice | dry-cured country bacon |
600 g | raclette cheese in slices |
How it's done
Apricots wrapped in bacon
Cut open the apricots lengthwise, place a sprig of thyme inside each apricot, wrap in a rasher of bacon. Place the apricots in the raclette pans and cook under a raclette grill for approx. 10 mins., remove.
Raclette
Place the cheese slices in the raclette pans, place two apricots wrapped in bacon on top of each slice. Melt the cheese under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
