Chocolate-coated fruit bites

I tend to go through phases when it comes to desserts. Some weeks I crave a sweet treat every night after dinner, other times I can go for weeks without a dessert. When I'm going through one of my dessert spells and have already tried every chocolate bar going, I like to make these little chocolate-coated fruit bites. They are perfect as a sweet treat at the end of a hot summer's day, or even as a yummy afternoon snack.

Ingredients

for 4 person

Chocolate
30 g vegan dark chocolate, finely chopped
banana, cut into slices
1 ½ tbsp peanut cream
1 tbsp Granola
80 g raspberries

How it's done

Chocolate

Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie, ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and stir until smooth.

Spread a little peanut butter on half of the banana slices, cover with a second slice, press down gently. Dip the filled banana slices halfway into the chocolate, place on a sheet of baking paper, immediately sprinkle with granola. Dip the raspberries halfway into the chocolate, place on the baking paper. Cover and freeze for approx. 10 mins.
