Gnocchi with kale and sausage
Ingredients
for 4 person
200 g | washed, prepared kale |
salted water, boiling |
a little | oil, for frying |
550 g | gnocchi |
2 | pork bratwurst *-* |
1 | onion, cut into thin slices |
200 g | single cream for sauces |
½ dl | water |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Kale
Cook the kale in boiling salted water for approx. 5 mins., drain, rinse with cold water, then drain.
Sauce
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the gnocchi, sausage meat and onion for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Add the kale, cook briefly. Pour in the cream and water, mix, bring to the boil, season.
