Smoothie bowl with berries and courgette

Nothing offers a fresher or more energetic start to a summer's day than a smoothie bowl. Unlike some of the more traditional recipes, this one is made with fruit and vegetables. But don't panic, the courgette is only there for nutritional content. It's the beautiful Swiss strawberries and raspberries that will capture your taste buds.

Ingredients

for 4 person

Smoothie
bananas, sliced, frozen
courgettes, cut into pieces
250 g strawberries
250 g raspberries
300 g coconut milk yoghurt
Toppings
strawberries, cut into slices
50 g raspberries
50 g red currants
8 tbsp müesli mix

How it's done

Smoothie

Puree the bananas, courgette, berries and yoghurt in a blender. Pour the smoothie into bowls.

Toppings

Scatter the berries and muesli on top.
