Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and burrata
Ingredients
for 4 person
400 g | spaghetti |
salted water, boiling |
300 g | different coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half |
1 bunch | basil, cut into strips |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste | |
1 | burrata (150 g) |
How it's done
Pasta
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain.
To serve
Mix the tomatoes, basil and oil into the spaghetti, season. Plate up the spaghetti with the burrata.
