Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and burrata

If you're after a wonderfully creamy and tasty spaghetti dish then you won't find a quicker or simpler recipe than this one right here. The raw cherry tomatoes are added to the hot spaghetti and the burrata is simply mixed in at the end. The perfect meal for when you're short of time.

Ingredients

for 4 person

Pasta
400 g spaghetti
  salted water, boiling
To serve
300 g different coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 bunch basil, cut into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
  salt and pepper to taste
burrata (150 g)

How it's done

Pasta

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain.

To serve

Mix the tomatoes, basil and oil into the spaghetti, season. Plate up the spaghetti with the burrata.
