Kimchi toasties
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 8 slice | bread |
| 3 tbsp | butter, soft |
| 200 g | kimchi |
| 100 g | Gruyère, coarsely grated |
How it's done
Toasties
Spread butter on both sides of the bread. Place the kimchi and cheese on 4 slices, top with remaining slices of bread, press together slightly.
To fry
Heat a frying pan. Fry the toasties for approx. 2 mins., turn, cover and fry for approx. a further 2 mins.
