No-bake 5-ingredient brownies
Ingredients
for 16 pieces
| 250 g | dark chocolate, coarsely chopped |
| 200 g | boiled beets, cut into pieces |
| 100 g | Medjool dates, pitted |
| 50 g | white almond cream |
| 200 g | strawberries, in dics |
How it's done
Brownies
Melt the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, stir until smooth. In a blender, puree the beetroot, dates and almond butter with the chocolate. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin, smooth down.
Strawberries
Place the strawberries on top of the brownie mixture, cover and freeze for approx. 2 hrs. Slice to serve.
