Caramelized pear cocktail
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
1 | pear cut lengthwise into approx. 3 mm slices |
2 tbsp | sugar |
4 sprig | rosemary |
ice cube | |
1 dl | vodka |
4 tsp | lemon juice |
2 dl | tonic water |
2 dl | pear juice |
How it's done
Pear slices
Sprinkle the pear slices with sugar, caramelize with the flame on a blowtorch, set aside. Gently scorch the rosemary with a blowtorch.

Cocktail
Divide the ice cubes, vodka and lemon juice between the glasses. Top up with the tonic water and pear juice, garnish with the caramelized pear slices and rosemary.
