Sweet pizza? I got the inspiration for this recipe from a holiday in Portugal where we had "sweet" pizza with hazelnut spread and fruit every morning for breakfast. It's a very simple recipe and definitely a change to Birchermuesli or traditional braided bread. You can top your pizza with fruit or nuts, chocolate spread or ice cream (in any season!).

130 g peanut butter
20 g coconut oil, melted

200 g plain yoghurt
250 g mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)

How it's done
