Granola pizza
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
200 g | müesli mix |
130 g | peanut butter |
20 g | coconut oil, melted |
4 tsp | agave syrup |
200 g | plain yoghurt |
250 g | mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) |
How it's done
Granola base
Mix the muesli mix, peanut butter, coconut oil and agave syrup to form a compact mass. Divide the mixture into 8 portions. Shape into circles (approx. 8 cm in diameter) on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 6 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then leave to cool completely on a rack.
To serve
Spread the yoghurt and berries on top of the granola bases.
