Cucumber lemonade

Ingredients

for 1 litre

Cucumber juice
cucumber, cut into pieces
2 ½ dl water
1 dl lemon juice
60 g liquid blossom honey
1 tbsp ginger, finely grated
4 sprig peppermint, leaves torn off
Lemonade
1 litre sparkling mineral water
some  ice cubes

How it's done

Cucumber juice

Place the cucumber, water, lemon juice, honey, ginger and mint leaves in a blending cup, puree, pass through a sieve.

Lemonade

Mix the cucumber juice with the mineral water, pour into glasses and add ice cubes.
