Grilled squash sandwich
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 400 g | BBQ pumpkins (with paprika marinade), cut into wedges |
| 300 g | nut bread, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise |
| 60 g | Brie, cut into slices |
| 1 | red chilli pepper *-* |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
How it's done
Squash
Brush the squash and the cut surfaces of the bread with the marinade.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Cover the squash and grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 6 mins. on each side. Grill the bread (cut side down) alongside for approx. 3 mins. Place the cheese, squash and chilli pepper on the bottom half of the bread sandwich, cover with the top half, brush with oil, grill for approx. 3 mins. on each side.
