Kohlrabi, cucumber and carrot salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 4 tbsp | fruit vinegar (e.g. orange vinegar) |
| 2 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 1 tsp | liquid honey |
| 2 tbsp | peppermint, finely chopped |
| 2 tbsp | toasted sesame seeds |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | cucumber, thinly sliced |
| 2 | carrots, thinly sliced |
| 1 | kohlrabi, cut into strips |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 bunch | coriander, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Dressing
Combine the vinegar, oil, honey, mint and sesame seeds in a bowl, season.
Salad
Salt the vegetables, serve on a platter. Garnish with coriander, drizzle the dressing over the top.
