Kohlrabi, cucumber and carrot salad

Ingredients

for 4 person

Dressing
4 tbsp fruit vinegar (e.g. orange vinegar)
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp liquid honey
2 tbsp peppermint, finely chopped
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
a little  pepper
Salad
cucumber, thinly sliced
carrots, thinly sliced
kohlrabi, cut into strips
1 tsp salt
1 bunch coriander, leaves torn off

How it's done

Dressing

Combine the vinegar, oil, honey, mint and sesame seeds in a bowl, season.

Salad

Salt the vegetables, serve on a platter. Garnish with coriander, drizzle the dressing over the top.
