Beetroot latte
Ingredients
for 4 person
6 dl | almond drink |
1 cm | ginger, finely grated |
4 | pitted dates, roughly chopped |
½ tsp | cinnamon |
200 g | boiled beets, cut into pieces |
a little | cinnamon |
How it's done
Bring the almond milk to the boil along with all the other ingredients up to and including the cinnamon, reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 5 mins. while stirring. Add the beetroot and puree with a hand blender. Heat the drink once more and pour into glasses, decorate with cinnamon.
