Chocolate zucchini oats (zoats)
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 6 dl | oat drink |
| 1 ½ | courgettes, finely grated |
| 160 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 50 g | cocoa powder |
| 40 g | ground hazelnuts |
| 2 tsp | crushed linseed |
| 4 tsp | white almond cream |
| 4 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 20 g | dark chocolate, coarsely chopped |
| ½ | courgette, coarsely grated |
How it's done
Porridge
Bring the oat drink to the boil along with all the other ingredients up to and including the linseed, simmer the porridge for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, leave to infuse for approx. 2 mins. Mix in the almond butter, maple syrup and cinnamon. Divide the porridge between bowls.
Topping
Add the chocolate and zucchini to the warm porridge, serve immediately.
