Vegan chocolate shake

This shake contains peanut butter and protein powder, making it an ideal post-workout drink. This shake is also great as an afternoon snack or dessert. The addition of cocoa guarantees a delicious flavour, while the chocolate decoration is a feast for the eyes.

Ingredients

for 6 dl

Chocolate decoration
40 g vegan dark chocolate, finely chopped
Shake
bananas, frozen
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp vegan protein powder
4 tsp peanut butter
4 dl oat drink

How it's done

Chocolate decoration

Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie, ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and stir until smooth. Divide the chocolate between the glasses, spread around the rims of the glasses with a spoon, leave to dry.

Shake

Chop the bananas into pieces, puree the bananas in a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the oat milk. Pour the shake into the glasses, serve immediately.
