Frozen yoghurt with melon
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 500 g | plain greek yoghurt |
| 1 dl | elderflower syrup |
| 2 dl | full cream, beaten until stiff |
| 200 g | watermelon, cut into pieces |
| 50 g | sugar |
| 1 | organic lime *-* |
| 300 g | netted melon, cut into slices |
| 300 g | watermelon, in dics |
How it's done
Frozen yoghurt mixture
Whisk together the yoghurt and elderflower syrup, fold in the whipped cream, pour into a stainless steel bowl, freeze the yoghurt mixture for approx. 3 hrs., puree once more, freeze for approx. 3 hrs.
Sauce
Puree the watermelon, sugar, lime zest and lime juice. In a pan, reduce to a syrupy consistency for approx. 10 mins., leave to cool.
To serve
Serve the frozen yoghurt in bowls, add the melon, drizzle the sauce on top.
