Peach sorbet
Ingredients
for 600 g
1 dl | water |
70 g | sugar |
500 g | flat peaches, cut into pieces |
1 tbsp | lime juice |
How it's done
Sorbet
Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a small pan, stirring occasionally. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 mins., leave to cool. Add the peach and lime juice, puree. Transfer the mixture to a wide stainless steel bowl.
To freeze
Cover and freeze for approx. 3 hrs. Puree and freeze again for approx. 3 hrs.
