Summer fruit tiramisu bowl
Ingredients
for 4 person
250 g | mascarpone |
180 g | plain yoghurt |
2 tbsp | liquid honey |
100 g | sponge fingers, cut in half |
1 | espresso |
2 | peaches, cut into cubes |
200 g | cherries, cut in half |
100 g | raspberries |
a little | cocoa powder |
How it's done
Mascarpone cream
Combine the mascarpone, yoghurt and honey.
Bowls
Drizzle the coffee over the sponge fingers, plate up in bowls together with the mascarpone cream and the fruit, dust with cocoa powder.
