Spring onion tarte flambée
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 | rolled tarte flambée dough |
| 100 g | crème fraîche |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| ¼ tsp | ground allspice |
| 3 | spring onions incl. green parts, halved lengthwise |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
How it's done
Tarte flambée
Roll out the dough and place on a tray along with the baking paper. Season the crème fraîche and spread over the dough. Mix the spring onions with the olive oil and spread over the dough.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C.
