Summer fruit lemonade
Ingredients
for 2 litres
2 dl | water |
100 g | sugar |
2 | peaches, cut into wedges |
1 | lemon, the whole juice |
1 ½ litre | sparkling mineral water |
200 g | cherries, pitted, halved |
100 g | raspberries |
ice cube |
How it's done
Fruit syrup
Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a pan, simmer for approx. 3 mins. Place the peach in a large jug, pour in the syrup, leave to cool, cover and chill for approx. 2 hrs.
Lemonade
Pour the lemon juice and mineral water into the fruit syrup. Add the cherries, raspberries and ice cubes.
