One pot tomato fusilli

Ingredients

for 2 person

1 tbsp olive oil
garlic clove, sliced
400 g different coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half
200 g pasta (e.g. fusilli)
4 ½ dl water
1 tsp salt
1 bunch basil, roughly chopped
4 tbsp grated Parmesan

How it's done

Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly sauté the garlic. Add the tomatoes and pasta, pour in the water, mix. Bring to the boil, season with salt, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente. Mix in the basil and parmesan.
