Salad
tomatoes, sliced
100 g strawberries, sliced
125 g Mozzarellas di bufala (buffalo mozzarella), drained, broken into chunks
Dressing
2 tbsp pesto alla genovese
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp water

How it's done

Salad

Plate up the tomatoes, strawberries and mozzarella.

Dressing

Mix the pesto with the vinegar and water, drizzle over the salad.
