Coffee ripple
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
100 g | dark chocolate, finely chopped |
3 tbsp | dark almond cream |
3 | espressos |
3 dl | milk |
How it's done
Chocolate cream
Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl. Suspend the bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and stir until smooth. Mix the chocolate, almond butter and espressos.
Coffee ripple
Froth up the milk. Pour the milk and chocolate & coffee mixture alternately into the glasses.
