Ingredients

for 4 person

Filling
  oil, for frying
red pepper, cut into strips
red onion, cut into thin slices
garlic clove *-*
½ bunch peppermint, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
240 g cevapcici
Wrap
250 g hummus
flour tortilla
4 tbsp dried fruit & nut mix, coarsely chopped
½  cucumber, cut into sticks
½ bunch radish, cut into slices
2 sprig peppermint, leaves torn off

How it's done

Filling

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the pepper, onion and garlic for approx. 10 mins. Add the mint, season to taste. Remove the peppers from the pan and set aside. Heat a dash of oil in the same pan. Brown the cevapcici all over for approx. 8 mins.

Wrap

Spread the hummus over the tortilla, scatter the mixed nuts on top. Add the pepper, cevapcici, cucumber, radish and mint. Fold and roll the tortillas.
