Oriental wrap
Ingredients
for 4 person
| oil, for frying | |
| 2 | red pepper, cut into strips |
| 1 | red onion, cut into thin slices |
| 1 | garlic clove *-* |
| ½ bunch | peppermint, finely chopped |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 240 g | cevapcici |
| 250 g | hummus |
| 4 | flour tortilla |
| 4 tbsp | dried fruit & nut mix, coarsely chopped |
| ½ | cucumber, cut into sticks |
| ½ bunch | radish, cut into slices |
| 2 sprig | peppermint, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Filling
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the pepper, onion and garlic for approx. 10 mins. Add the mint, season to taste. Remove the peppers from the pan and set aside. Heat a dash of oil in the same pan. Brown the cevapcici all over for approx. 8 mins.
Wrap
Spread the hummus over the tortilla, scatter the mixed nuts on top. Add the pepper, cevapcici, cucumber, radish and mint. Fold and roll the tortillas.
