I love a good salad, especially when it involves a unique flavour combination. After all, no one wants a boring salad! Strawberry and balsamic vinegar is a classic combination and promises the perfect salad. The sweetness of the strawberries complements the acidity of the balsamic vinegar and balances out the flavours beautifully. I love to eat this salad with creamy avocado and sharp red onion. However, you can also combine it with your favourite vegetables!
