Ingredients

for 1 dl

Marinade
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp coconut flakes
¼ tsp ground cumin
½ bunch Thai basil, finely chopped

How it's done

Marinade

Combine the lime juice with all the other ingredients up to and including the ground cumin, mix in the basil.
