Summer panzanella
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | garlic, squeezed |
| 200 g | lye rolls, cut into strips |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 3 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 4 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | fennel, very thinly sliced |
| 250 g | different coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half |
| ½ bunch | dill |
| ½ bunch | basil |
How it's done
Bread
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and bread, season with salt, fry for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally.
Panzanella
Combine the balsamic and oil in a bowl, season. Add the fennel, tomatoes and herbs with the bread, mix.
