Summer panzanella

Ingredients

for 2 person

Bread
2 tbsp olive oil
garlic, squeezed
200 g lye rolls, cut into strips
¼ tsp salt
Panzanella
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
fennel, very thinly sliced
250 g different coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half
½ bunch dill
½ bunch basil

How it's done

Bread

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and bread, season with salt, fry for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally.

Panzanella

Combine the balsamic and oil in a bowl, season. Add the fennel, tomatoes and herbs with the bread, mix.
