Sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
red chicory, cut into pieces
blood oranges, peeled, sliced
avocado, sliced
2 tbsp mixed seeds

How it's done

Sauce

Whisk the vinegar and oil, season.

Salad

Plate up the red chicory, blood oranges and avocado, drizzle the sauce on top, sprinkle with the mixed seeds.
