Chocolate is great at any time of the day, at least that's what I think. Even for breakfast! These tasty cacao overnight oats provide the perfect sweet start to the day. They are similar to Birchermuesli but a little more interesting – and equally delicious. The basis for this recipe is a mix of oats, cacao, cacao nibs and chia seeds. I then mix them with coconut yoghurt, pear, dark almond butter, oat milk and a pinch of cinnamon and leave them to stand overnight. The following morning you have the perfect breakfast. Simply add a handful of toppings so that your breakfast not only tastes fantastic but looks great, too. A veritable feast for the eyes!
