Pork steak with balsamic marinade
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 ½ tbsp | honey mustard |
| 2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp | sea salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 4 | pork loin steaks (each approx. 150 g) |
| 300 g | mini peppers |
| 200 g | mini courgettes, cut in half |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | rosemary, roughly chopped |
| ½ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Balsamic marinade
Thoroughly mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, set aside 2 tbsp. Brush the steaks with the remaining marinade, cover and marinate for approx. 30 mins.
Vegetables
Place the pepper and courgette in a bowl, add the oil, rosemary and salt, mix.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
With the lid down, grill the vegetables over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 10 mins. Grill the steaks with the vegetables, for approx. 5 mins. on each side. Remove the steaks from the grill, brush with the reserved marinade, serve with the vegetables.
