Rhubarb crumble

Ingredients

for 2 person

Crumble
50 g butter, soft
3 tbsp walnut kernel, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp fine whole-grain rolled oats
2 tbsp white flour
Rhubarb
300 g red rhubarb, cut diagonally into approx. 2 cm pieces
2 tbsp sugar

How it's done

Crumble

Mix the butter, nuts, sugar, oats and flour with a fork to form a crumbly mixture.

Rhubarb

Mix the rhubarb and sugar, transfer to the prepared dish. Top with the crumble.

To bake

Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
