Stracciatella cream
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 250 g | half-fat quark |
| 2 ½ dl | full cream |
| 3 tbsp | sugar |
| 100 g | dark chocolate, coarsely chopped |
| 250 g | strawberry, in dics |
How it's done
Stir the quark in a bowl. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff, carefully fold in the chocolate. Arrange the cream in small bowls, top with the strawberries.
