Chicory tart
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
150 g | cream cheese with pepper |
1 tbsp | water |
2 tbsp | smoked almond, finely chopped |
1 | puff pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm in diameter) |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 ½ tbsp | liquid honey |
¼ tsp | salt |
2 | chicory, whole leaves |
How it's done
Tart
Combine the cream cheese, water and almonds. Roll out the dough, place in the tin, cover with the cream cheese. Whisk together the oil, honey and salt, mix with the chicory, spread on top of the cream cheese.
To bake
Approx. 35 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 200°C.
