Oven-cooked mini chicken fillets
Ingredients
for 4 person
500 g | tender chicken breast fillets |
½ tsp | paprika |
2 pinch | cayenne pepper |
½ tsp | salt |
150 g | bacon strips |
1 ½ dl | full cream, beaten until stiff |
1 tbsp | sweet chilli sauce |
1 tbsp | whisky |
¼ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Chicken
Season the mini chicken fillets, wrap each in a rasher of bacon, place next to each other in the prepared dish.
To cook in the oven
Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
Sauce
Whisk the cream, chilli sauce and whisky, season with salt, spread on top of the meat, serve immediately.
