Cream cheese baguette
Ingredients
for 1 bread
1 | baguette (approx. 260 g), cut open lengthwise |
100 g | cream cheese, plain |
100 g | Gruyère, coarsely grated |
1 bunch | chives, finely chopped |
1 pinch | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Baguette
Open up the baguette a little more using your hands, press down gently on the inside to create a well. Combine the cream cheese, Gruyère and chives, season. Fill the baguette with the cream cheese mixture.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, allow to cool slightly on a rack, serve warm.
