Ginger & orange blossom lemonade
Ingredients
for 2 litres
50 g | ginger, finely grated |
4 bag | orange blossom tea |
1 litre | water, boiling |
80 g | ground cane sugar |
1 | lemon, the whole juice |
1 litre | sparkling mineral water |
ice cube, as desired |
How it's done
Ginger & orange blossom tea
Simmer the ginger and tea in the boiling water for approx. 5 mins., cover and leave to steep for approx. 15 mins. Remove the tea bags, leave the tea to cool.
Lemonade
Strain the tea, add the sugar, stir until the sugar has dissolved. Pour in the lemon juice, top up with mineral water, add ice, and serve.
