Spicy orange salad

Ingredients

for 2 person

Oranges
orange, segmented
100 g Kalamata olive, pitted
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
a little  pepper
¼ tsp sea salt
Onions
1 tbsp olive oil
red onion, halved, sliced

How it's done

Oranges

Mix together the oranges, olives, parsley and oil, season.

Onions

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onions for approx. 5 mins., scatter on top of the salad.
